4ZZZ Radio News Internship

My internship with 4ZZZ Community Radio was one of the most fun internship experiences I've had. It really reminded me of the benefits of working in a team: the comradery, the laughter, the sense of care you get from working with a great group of people really makes the early morning starts feel worth it.

Neesha, Jacob, Shaina, Georgie and Daneka were a great bunch of people to work with and this internship really helped me hone my skills as a newsreader and journalist. When your turnaround time is 15-20 minutes per bulletin, before you have to read it all live, you really learn to read, focus and write when you have to.
